lo'a: shift letterals to Lojban (Roman) alphabet.
na'a: cancel all letteral shifts.
ru'o: shift letterals to Cyrillic alphabet.
se'e: following digits code a character (in ASCII, Unicode, etc.).
to'a: lower-case letteral shift.
