po'ercrucaule'a lujvo

x1=l1 steals x2=z2=l2 from x3=l3 without the consent of owner / right-holder x4=cu1=p1 (e.g. x3) under law / custom x5=p3; x1 violates x4's ownership of x2; x1 takes x2 without consent; x1 is a thief.

If the owner has the right to control use and exclude others (e.g. for a service or in the case of digital piracy), x2 may be an event. x3 may be a trustee e.g. if x3 is not x4. See also: po'ecru (consent), ponse (with notes on x3). A shorterned version is crucaule'a. po'ecrucaule'a may also be divided into a theft that includes a tangible or direct loss (jdikykemcrucaule'a), and a theft that doesn't (naljdikykemcrucaule'a). The general concept po'ercrucaule'a refers to a violation of ownership or rights (e.g. a taking away of part of one's rights).
